Service Dept Service department was awesome including my service advisor Juan Castillo. The car loaner department on the other hands needs help. There was one person Ariel there and while he was doing the best job possible there we so many people waiting we had to wait forever for our cars. You should stream line the process so that a majority of the work can be done prior to arrival. For instance my car is under my husbands name so the insurance card only shows him. If I had know ahead of time they need a declaration to show me I could have gotten that ahead of time and saved that time there as could most of the people waiting More
