The customer lounge has great amenities and a few different sitting areas -- couch/TV lounge, counter top bar, or cafe tables; to accommodate your needs while you're there. There's a complimentary coffee/snack station, free wi-fi, and a loaner program should your service needs require it. Otherwise, they'll shuttle you to wherever you need to go. At the end of your service visit, your car is returned wash/cleaned inside and out with courtesy paper mats/seat covers. Lots of attention to detail in this place. I love it. More
