Truly A-1 Top Notch Service I brought my wife's S-550 Mercedes-Benz in for repairs of a noisy driver door hinge and various other items needing attention. Our service writer, Mr I brought my wife's S-550 Mercedes-Benz in for repairs of a noisy driver door hinge and various other items needing attention. Our service writer, Mr. Charlie Rodriguez, was very attentive to details, including keeping me apprised of the current status of repairs as they were completed and an estimate of time for when the vehicle would be ready for pick up. We were provided with a very nice loaner C-class Mercedes-Benz to use during the entire time our vehicle was in for the service. The vehicle was returned to us completely cleaned and detailed in like new condition. ALL of the items of concern were addressed and appropriately repaired. I really could not have asked for more of Mr. Rodriguez and his team of mechanics. I give all of you a genuine THANK YOU!! for a job very well done.
