My car is now ten years old ('03 CLK Cabriolet) and I plan to keep it until it no longer is practical to do so. I have lived in this area since 2005 and you have been servicing it since then. During my wait, I chatted briefly with three different employees, two of which were involved with the initial purchase of my car. I also, inquired about an iten at the parts store where two employees gave me info about the item and helped me to make a choice. So, as usual, I felt very much at home during my visit. Off side though, let me say that the price for the work was not the worse, but I would have liked to pay less. That however, is not something that I blame Michael for. So, I am rating it GREAT so as not to penalize him for something that he does not control. Finally, I would say that the Mercedes Experience at the Daytona Dealership is first class and more. More

Pat is a jewel to work with. He greets me by name and keeps me informed as to the progress of my repair. He really tries to get me in and out of the dealership as quickly as possible. There's not much else to say when you can score and excellent condition Benz the is pre-owned certified, has low miles, comes with an extended warranty and a super low interest rate. That just makes the car buying process pretty painless.
