During my wait, I chatted briefly with three different employees, two of which were involved with the initial purchase of my car. I also, inquired about an iten at the parts store where two employees gave me info about the item and helped me to make a choice. So, as usual, I felt very much at home during my visit. Off side though, let me say that the price for the work was not the worse, but I would have liked to pay less. That however, is not something that I blame Michael for. So, I am rating it GREAT so as not to penalize him for something that he does not control. Finally, I would say that the Mercedes Experience at the Daytona Dealership is first class and more. More

Pat is a jewel to work with. He greets me by name and keeps me informed as to the progress of my repair. He really tries to get me in and out of the dealership as quickly as possible. Easy to deal with, I knew the exact car I wanted to buy my wife. The negotiations were reasonable, the paper work was wrapped up efficiently and I was handed the keys within an hour. There's not much else to say when you can score and excellent condition Benz the is pre-owned certified, has low miles, comes with an extended warranty and a super low interest rate. That just makes the car buying process pretty painless. My first contact with Mercedes Benz of Daytona was via the phone and with Dave Donals. His enthusiasm, knowledge and friendliness encouraged me to make the 2 hour trip to your showroom. After a couple of hours of test drive, and discussions about the car and its options, price and generally just getting to know each other we purchased our car. We picked up our car 4 days later and your delivery amenities were great and again Dave and Tim made it very enjoyable.
