My experience of leasing a new 2021 GLC 300 could not have been better. It was clear from working with my sales person, TL, with some help from Mo, and all the way through the paperwork process with Tim, have been better. It was clear from working with my sales person, TL, with some help from Mo, and all the way through the paperwork process with Tim, that my time was valuable. Not only that, within 5 minutes of my return home, I got a call from your Concierge, Ray, who came by and quickly synchronized my new car to my garage door opener. Very professional from start to finish. I hope the Service Department is run in much the same manner! More
