I recently purchased an E550. Sadly it had to go in for service 2 days after purchase. Pat Buckley was extremely helpful, kind and eager to please. Again, Pat was very kind and assured me that they will take care of the issues and for me not to worry. He stayed in contact with me everyday keeping me current on the status of the repairs. I felt like he truly cared about me and making sure that I'm happy and confident that Mercedes Benz will make sure my new purchase was a sound decision. Pat needs to be cloned, he is awesome!!!!
