Marvin even came in on his day off to help me, which says so much about his dedication to his clients. Once I decided on my vehicle, he took the time to walk me through every single feature. He didn’t just quickly glaze over things. He explained how everything worked, answered all of my questions, and helped me program and customize the vehicle exactly to my liking before I left. He even walked me through customizing my radio and lift hatch to my liking. He also made sure I felt comfortable with the dealership beyond just the purchase. He personally walked me around and introduced me to the different people and departments I’ll be interacting with throughout my ownership, including the service team. It made the entire experience feel much more personal and welcoming. Marvin was knowledgeable, patient, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure I had a great experience. If buying a used car from this dealer, I would beware. I can’t speak on New, but we just bought our daughter used Ford . Yes, it’s a used car. I expected a little maintenance. They made me sign a paper that acknowledge that it needed new brakes in the front which I figured no problem. It’s just pads. We drove two hours to Denver to look at the car and buy we told them this was for our 16 year-old daughter. The excuse they used to not put pads on the car was that their Mercedes mechanics hourly rate was too expensive. My wife and daughter take the car to drive it and it’s pretty much metal on metal absolutely needs new rotors new brakes, possibly new calipers and there’s also a wheel bearing going out. I reported it to them immediately and they wanted us to drive two hours back and said now they would fix it which made no sense as in the first place. The mechanics were too expensive. They literally let us take a car that was dangerous for New teen driver learning how to drive. The car is absolutely dangerous to drive and they knew it. Not sure who’s overseeing the operation there or how they let a critical component like that go out the door is beyond me waiting for a resolution. More
