Employee Jeffery Bradshaw counted $2000 deposit I gave in cash, in front of me and then lied about it! 3. Mercedes Benz Employees committed to provide me Family like service and stole $1000 cash from me, with this being said to me, It is saddening and very disturbing that they think they got away with this. 4. The nature of this disputed is that I gave $2000 cash to their employee Jeffery Bradshaw and did not realize that I did not get a receipt until after the entire deal was complete, the car ended up to be a lemon, and when I returned to the dealership to pick up my refund check that was supposed to be for $3000 and it was only in the amount of $2000, this explains why he handed the check to me in a sealed envelope and walked away quickly. 5. Their reason for only giving me $2000 is because they are claiming I only gave them $1000 cash and $1000 on a credit card, and that I must have just THOUGHT I gave them $2000 cash! and because I have no bank receipt showing I with-drawled the money from a bank account I cannot prove I had $2000 to give them. I had been saving this cash for a while to build up for my down payment, and it is my word against Jeffery's word. 6. The real problem here is that Mercedes Benz Denver sold me a lemon, they had to take a loss on a $20,000.00 deal and therefore, they thought they could scam me for $1000 that I have no way of proving I gave them. This is wrong and I truly believe they compromised the negotiating sheet that I never received a copy of! My contract that I did receive shows the $2000 cash but not the $1000 credit card payment, for I wasn't to be worried about for I have trace of that. I have attached the explanation for this entire transaction on a word document, Jeffery Bradshaw stole $1000 from me, and his company and they are siding with him. I believe they have done this to others, I filed a police report with the Glendal police, and I will do what ever it takes to proceed with this complaint, for It is not right what they did to me. The so-called white glove service here is no more. Service at this location has slipped and when you express to the service management, it falls on deaf ears. The sales experience was exceptional. Our salesman, James, was very familiar with the GLE model and took time to help with setting up our preferred app's, etc. prior to leaving. What warranted 2-stars, instead of 5, is what occurred after the fact. Two identical vehicles were parked outside, and we realized awhile later that we had gotten into the wrong vehicle; fast forward roughly 2 months later and we can't find any document regarding the purchase nor the temporary registration (more than likely left in the initial vehicle we hurriedly jumped in to.) I call the salesman, and sent a couple of texts, but no word back. My wife sent him a text and immediately received a message back, but she felt he was not prioritizing our dilemma. Still not a huge issue, so I call to speak with the title agent and finance agent for said documents. Here is where it just went downhill. Over a period of two days, I attempted to call both agents and even escalated the issue to a manager due to the lack of communication, at no time did anyone return a phone call. After this I am beyond livid, and I feel bad, but the person that answered caught the brunt of my frustration. Marty remained professional and said he would ensure I'm taken care of, even texting me during a meeting he said he had. We game planned what the actual issue was and how to take care of everything. Meanwhile, James (the original salesman,) did finally email our finance documents to my wife (still did not reply to my emails nor texts.) Lastly, I spoke with the GM, Emily, who immediately took responsibility and explained the "behind the scenes situation." Not needed but greatly appreciated because it helped me understand what was going on there, other than folks not returning phone calls. Between Marty and Emily, everything was taken care of, and I received all documents needed in order to register my vehicle here in North Carlina. All of this said, as long as a potential buyer ensures they do not need to the sales team after your purchase then you will have a great experience, BUT if you need something from them after that sale is complete, don't hold your breath to receive timely assistance from anyone from sales management or below. I was looking for a good, clean, used, reliable vehicle and found it at Mercedes-Benz of Denver. I purchased a 2012 Honda CR-V EXL with around 82,000 miles. It gets great gas mileage and I couldn’t have be and found it at Mercedes-Benz of Denver. I purchased a 2012 Honda CR-V EXL with around 82,000 miles. It gets great gas mileage and I couldn’t have been happier with the price! They even helped us with financing and got us into a monthly payment we could afford. We worked with Drew who was personable, professional and great to work with! Thank you Drew and everyone who helped us at Mercedes-Benz of Denver. More
