Fantastic service and convenience...no matter what you drive I can't say enough good things about this service center. I don't own a Mercedes or BMW, but these guys treat me just the same. I'm almost embarrassed to drag in my old 2007 Chrysler minvan when there are all of these expensive luxury cars around, but Scott Long, Brian Selby and the others treat me like I coasted in with a $160,000 Mercedes. I've presented their technicians with some pretty tough tasks, but they always get it worked out and I always leave happy. More

WORST SERVICE EVER. This place has the worst and poorest service I've ever dealt with. We went to 3 other car dealerships and this one, Mercedes Benz, has the worst servi This place has the worst and poorest service I've ever dealt with. We went to 3 other car dealerships and this one, Mercedes Benz, has the worst service out of everyone. It was unfortunate that they had the car we wanted. First off, no one came out to greet us, we had to go in and find someone to test drive a car. The car was nice but needed some maintenance issues fixed. Even so, we liked the car and they promised to get back to us with our loan process and the status of the car. We went in on a Fri, they promise to get back to us latest by the following Mon. I've dealt with loans before and I know it doesn't take days to process them. We did not receive ANY calls at all. I left 3 voicemails on that promised Mon. Finally on Tuesday, I called the admin lady and she informed us the guy we were dealing with has been out, first off, if you want to be a successful business, you shld alwys have a backup employee to take care of your customers. I had to ask for another person to check on the status of our loan and the vehicle. The admin sent me to the finance director himself, he gave some xxxxxxxx saying he'll check on it for us, did not hear from him for two days, everyday I called back and left at least 2 voicemails. Finally I called admin again and got through, the finance director said we needed more info for our loan application, note: if you knew we needed more stuff, you shld have contacted us immediately. After all that, we gave the info requested and he said he'll 'get back to us today' this was on Fri. A full week gone by since we first went in. No calls, did not hear from him Fri at all. On Saturday I finally call him again and he gave some xx about needed additional stuffs. At this point, xxxx them. We could fully afford that vehicle and you would think they want to make a sale. I said forget you guys. I'll take my business elsewhere. The whole time, I made the calls, never once did they call me. Never once did they gave me a update on the car issue. I dealt with three different persons, Connor, Randy, and a guy name Justin who the admin made me leave a msg for and got ignored. Worst experience ever. I give it no stars at all. Even after their continue b.s and giving them chances, they still come back with b.s . I know it doesn't take a week to do loan papers. We've gotten answers within mins of applying from previously owning. I would never go here or recommend this xxxxty place with their xxxxty employees. Just to show how xxxxty they are, the guy we first worked with was xxxx talking their maintenance team saying they get pay to fix cars but the cars aren't even fixed. Putting the blame game on. Very unprofessional. What a sad representation for a company. I wouldn't be surprise if they get run out by other dealerships more professional. More
