I was told I could bring the car in immediately and have it serviced to determine the problem. While my vehicle was being fixed I was shuttled to and from work which was extremely helpful. I was called as soon as the problem was identified and given options on how I wanted to fix it. At the end of the day my car was fixed, and I was on my way home. More

Upon removing our engine covering even though it was not part of the maintenance we required and found that mice had chewed the insulation off some of the wires.
