The service was great and so were the service personnel. I received a loaner and was told it had just over a 1/4 tank of gas. Further, I was told upon return, if the gas level was significantly less than I received a loaner and was told it had just over a 1/4 tank of gas. Further, I was told upon return, if the gas level was significantly less than that, I should put a couple dollars of gas back in the car. In that my car was there due to a recall, it’s probably not the best customer friendly approach to focus on loaner car gas. Remember, my time and gas in my car were consumed for a recall as well. Brad Ashby in the service center is consistently excellent handling the regular vehicle checkups and any emergency repairs that may arise.
