First and foremost, I want to sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment you’ve experienced. Purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned 2020 Mercedes-Benz AMG GT-R is a significant investment, and you should feel confident and excited about your purchase — not stressed. The mileage discrepancy and the condition of the front diffuser upon arrival are both concerns we take very seriously. A 679-mile difference is not something we consider minor, especially on a performance vehicle where mileage materially impacts value. Additionally, any damage — regardless of when it occurred — should have been handled promptly and transparently. It is also unacceptable that you feel you have been “ghosted.” A lapse in communication is not the standard we hold ourselves to at Mercedes-Benz of Draper. We would like the opportunity to resolve this properly. I am personally reviewing the file, including shipping documentation, pre-shipment photos, and internal communication records. We are committed to reaching a fair and prompt resolution regarding both the mileage concern and the diffuser damage.
