CJ was GREAT!!! He was really down to earth, friendly and nice to my whole family. We really appreciated the time he spent assisting us with the purchase of our car. My lease was ending on my C 300 that I bought at another dealership, and I wanted to test drive the SLK. After a negative experience at the other dealership when my wife and I wanted to buy her C 300 at th dealership, and I wanted to test drive the SLK. After a negative experience at the other dealership when my wife and I wanted to buy her C 300 at the end of that lease, I decided to check out Crown Mercedes. The roadside assistance technician recommended Michael Gale. Subsequently, I contacted Michael to let him know what I wanted to do. I found Michale very professional and extremely helpful. We set up a meeting to test drive the SLK 250 that Crown had on the lot. After the test drive, I decided I wanted an SLK 350, but the dealership did not have one. Amazingly, Michael searched the entire state to find the exact SLK 350 I wanted with all of the options! In a day or so the car was in Columbus. Michael made the purchase extremely simple, and he spent the time to go over all of the features of the car. I will most definitely work with Michael in the future. He was outstanding!
