Mercedes is always top of the line I had purchased the beautiful A220 from the Mercedes dealership in El Dorado Hills. I was so excited to find out that at Mercedes-Benz, you have the privilege of working with that Service representative all of the time. I love that, because David was so wonderful to deal with. In the entire time that I’ve had the car, David has taken my phone calls answered any questions and made me feel like I was the only customer that he was dealing with. First time visit after purchase Had my Mercedes malfunction after just 3 months old and needed to take to dealer where I bought it repair it Didn’t have an spot since vehicle was ch Had my Mercedes malfunction after just 3 months old and needed to take to dealer where I bought it repair it Didn’t have an spot since vehicle was check engine light come on and navigation system go out ( electrical ) Took into dealer without appt and was treated very well Mercedes is good about offering alternative transportation with a free loaner if your car is under basic warranty and given a car to get back home. My Service Advisor was great about keeping me updated and as soon as my car was done I went to get it the next day, Great service, not too sure about the car since it was the second time in for the same repair while so new Car was about 3 months old and about 3,000 miles old Hope it doesn’t have repeat repair again ( lemon ? ) More
