Warranty service re: AC odor Service rep indicated everything that could be completed was done but MB would not authorize a more complete resolution to address the odor issue the Service rep indicated everything that could be completed was done but MB would not authorize a more complete resolution to address the odor issue the vehicle is experiencing through its AC system. Seems that MB is aware of this odor issue but will not fix it, using an "environmental excuse" that has nothing to do with the mechanics of the vehicle. This is the 2nd time I have had the vehicle looked at for this which I'm sure will continue. MB of El Dorado Hills service was most helpful in trying to resolve this known odor issue but it seems as though MB has drawn a line in what they will cover hiding behind their cover in how this AC environmental issue is classified. More
