I specifically asked if the tire pressure could be checked while the car was being serviced, and was told it would be done as part of the service. When I left, the sensor indicated the tires were low. The entire process took nearly an hour and a half. More

Obvious customer first commitment Broke down while passing through town on way to Tahoe late Saturday afternoon. Thought our vacation was ruined, but service center keep their doors o Broke down while passing through town on way to Tahoe late Saturday afternoon. Thought our vacation was ruined, but service center keep their doors open for us. They even arranged for a loaner vehicle. All without a complaint. We were in an out in 30 min. Amazing. This was my first experience with Mercedes of El Dorado Hills, and my first good experience with a Von Housen service center. When I first realized they were my best hope for repair I was both grateful and highly pessimistic. Part of me wanted to cancel my vacation more than deal with Von Housen ever again. I see now that my concerns about this particular dealership weren't warranted and I'd gladly take my car back here for service, and I will certainly consider buying my next car here. More
