The people are nice. However, it took many calls to get someone to take care of my issue. I was promised return calls to which there were none. This is only my second time having to take my new car in and so far I have not received what I would expect from a Mercedes dealership. The first time I took my very clean, detailed car in and received it back with giant bird droppings. It isn’t horrible service. Just not top notch, exceptional. We shall see next time. More

During my vehicles service, the complimentary inspection found incorrect clamps that another shop used causing a fuel line to leak which they properly corrected. I’ve tried using other shops trying to save a little money, and each time it turned out to be a poor ROI. He was very efficient at meeting all our needs and went above and beyond what we could have expected. While we were at the dealership William realized that we hadn’t eaten lunch and next thing you know we were eating good food at the dense shop while the paperwork was being finalized. William also personally drove the car down for us (4 hours round trip). The dealership receives 5 stars but all of those stars were earned by the awesome salesperson William Marta. Thank you sir!
