Didn’t do what they checked off and could have ended bad Took my car in for service and they signed off that they inspected the tires. A week later I hear a noise and take it to America’s tires. Turns out t Took my car in for service and they signed off that they inspected the tires. A week later I hear a noise and take it to America’s tires. Turns out two tires are bald on has and one has three. Not one but three bumps in it. Then they discover my front right tire had the wrong size wheel on it. The wheel was sent to a body shop last year after an accident. Mercedes sent the wrong part. They tried to take care of me by not charging labor. Well I had to tell them. To credit my last service since it’s obvious they didn’t do what they said they did. They agreed and then charged me wholesale price for the tires. I was over it by then so I agreed to pay for the one tire since my credit took care of the other two. This is not how I would have expected mercedes of all car dealerships to handle it. Not good. Side note my service manager was nice but that doesn’t make up for the work they didn’t do. Now I’m wondering when they fixed my wild shield crack if it ever was done since it spread less then six months later and that cost me 1500 More

Mediocre at best We’ve owned a lot of luxury and middle-line vehicles and have had a fair share of dealership service centers. I hate to say it, but you would hardly t We’ve owned a lot of luxury and middle-line vehicles and have had a fair share of dealership service centers. I hate to say it, but you would hardly think the service is that of a Mercedes dealership. We actually purchased our vehicle here and while that was pleasant, it’s safe to say that the care is gone once you actually buy the car (seems like they only roll out the red carpet when they want you to buy). Mercedes dealerships in Southern California seem to have a higher standard. First issue, no one is ever around. First time I brought it in I sat there in my car wondering if someone would come over. Im used to other places where people are practically running to you and directing traffic, etc. finally I got out and someone came by and they told me to wait in the waiting area. It’s hard to say if your assigned service agent knows you’re there waiting or not. One time it took a while before I was spoken to, but another time when it was slow it was relatively quick. Second, the waiting area is so sad. Usually they have one or two pieces of cold bagels and the coffee machine but that’s it. I’ve just seen much better elsewhere. Third, the availability of loaner vehicles is so sparse. I never understood this; we have purchased a few cars we had as loaners because we liked it from having a chance to try it out. Also, Mercedes in Southern California always gave one, even for oil changes. I asked once before this last visit and was told “only certain people get them and they go fast in the morning.” Way to make me feel like I wasn’t special enough to be a part of those “certain people.” The only thing positive that I appreciated was that the service agent would update me as time went by, but out of several visits here, no one had done that prior. We have our vehicle serviced here because the location is convenient. However, I’m not exactly jumping at the opportunity to purchase another vehicle from them because of this and when people ask, frankly, that’s what I tell them, “they are really nice to you until you buy the car, then if you aren’t well known in their dealership, you aren’t special enough.” I’m probably going to shop around and try a different dealership next time. I can’t say they are horrible here, but it’s just not the welcome I have experienced elsewhere nor expected. I’m also pretty sure their “car wash” at the end of service is just someone hosing it down. More
