Service center Had to travel there several times becyof a strange moise that I continued to hear and received two different explanation as to the cause of the noise. Had to travel there several times becyof a strange moise that I continued to hear and received two different explanation as to the cause of the noise. The tires were rotated in the wrong direction. After traveling up there to pick up the car after receiving the bazaar reason why the car was making this noise, I asked to go on test run to see if they fixed the problem but the problem still existed. It was as if no one even took it on a test run. They kept the car again. I checked out the loaner car again. They kept the car to perform another so called check. I had to call to check the status because I had not heard from anyone. . They again confirmed that the car was in good order and offered to have the car delivered to me. Well, I realized that it was taking an awful long time and finally I received a call from the person delivering the vehicle that it had stalled on the highway and that he can’t deliver the vehicle. I heard back from the rep a couple days later that there was a problem with the transmission and that they had to submit the findings to corporate. Corporate instructed that the entire part be replaced and not the price and that it would be another week for the part and then time for installation. This isn’t the experience I was not expecting from a 2018 Mercedes. I bought a Mercedes SUB new in 2001 and had a great experience and decided that I wanted to purchase another one. This is a lease vehicle but at the end of the day lease or purchase the experience should always be A++. More

He is arrogant and forgetful. And his service mechanic stood me up when he was supposed to come by to listen to my car make a noise that I actually recorded for them but they couldn't find it. So they committed to coming by my house and he never showed up. I also asked to have a new service manager assigned to me. I am sorry I bought this car. Now there are rattles in the dashboard but I am afraid to take it back because I have no confidence that it will be fixed....and I still have my original problem with the doorbell noise. Terrible place for a Mercedes Benz dealership. No class!! More
