Brought car in for first 10K/annual Service A at 8:30am which should have taken about 3 hrs. Had to leave car overnight due to problems with check engine light and wire harness issues. No loaners we’re available so had to be dropped off and picked up by Lyft taxi service. Very inconvenient. Service advisor Gayton DeRosa did all he could to satisfy me but could not expedite the service department working on my car. A+ for Gayton and D- for the service department. More

So I've been having an awful time getting my app linked up to my new used car from Rocklin Mercedes. I wrote a review disappointed in the inablitlity to take care of this problem. I got so made I left reviews on here about their dealership and left message for Branch Manager. So I got the idea to call Mercedes of El Dorado Hills. I Talked to a lady name Julia and she was so helpful. She was beyond over the top to get this settled. She connected me to a Sales Rep named Barry.. Omg.. within 5 minutes It was taken care of. Thank you Ms. Julia and Mr. Barry... Not even where I bought the car and they fixed my problem in minutes. If I lived closer to El Dorado Hills iD be going there for Service too, More
