Below average experience Approached the dealership to buy a new car but the sales people treated me with no attention or intention to sell. Had several attempts to reach the sales person who I was assigned to work with but no responses to call or texts. Negotiation is welcomed but it comes to putting an offer they don't seem to want to negotiate and sell you a car with a goal of more than the MSRP. Did not feel the customers are heard, respected, or genuinely taken care for. I offered a FMV for a car at the dealership when they simply blew me away and MB of Rocklin (sister dealership) sold me their car for an even lower offer than my original. MB of Rocklin is much better choice and I am making sure in my friends circle and at work to send ppl to Rocklin. In my last 2 attempts in buying a car from EDH dealer, both times they proved me not wanting my business and left a really bad taste in mouth in terms of customer orientation values that are fundamental in any sales business. Good luck and find someone who actually will listen to your needs. More

Lower Your Service Prices Some people would think a Mercedes is a special car and it is. Built to last and no corner cutting by the factory. However, there is no reason to charge almost $300 for a Schedule A service, which is basically just an oil change. I can get that done almost any where for $50 or so. I'm not going to pay for Von Housen's show room expansion. He makes enough money for that with selling his vehicles. Service should be just that and not a revenue stream for funding your sales...
