My wife and I came into the dealership, on our wedding anniversary, to look at a new GLE350 4Matic. We have purchased many new vehicles over the years from other dealerships and historically the worst ex anniversary, to look at a new GLE350 4Matic. We have purchased many new vehicles over the years from other dealerships and historically the worst experience has always been with the sales person. This was in no way the experience we had with Michael Zilverberg. It was our very first time being treated like friends and Michael made the complete transition a pleasure. He wasn't a salesperson during the process, he was a partner. Michael even watched over our kids at the dealership, making sure they had TV, snacks and drinks. He helped us get the car we wanted, even got my wife the color she asked for. It was a smooth transaction, fast and incredibly professional. Michael has us as customers for life.
