Airbag Recall I received a letter that the airbags had arrived. I made an appointment and waited 3 hours to be told that they had the wrong airbags for my car. Ther I received a letter that the airbags had arrived. I made an appointment and waited 3 hours to be told that they had the wrong airbags for my car. Therefore it took them 3 hours to realize that it was the wrong airbags... The correct ones were ordered that day and now 1 month later, I am still waiting for their phone call to reschedule the install. There was a lack of communication, organization and customer service. They take my money and keep sending me off still not fixed Front wheels shimmied at certain speeds. They said I had all 4 wheels bent. Could fix for $550. Fair price if they fixed it. Got car back and still Front wheels shimmied at certain speeds. They said I had all 4 wheels bent. Could fix for $550. Fair price if they fixed it. Got car back and still shimmied. When I brought it back, they said yea the guy said he had trouble with front right wheel--took the car for 4 days. Got it back and they said it was 90% better. Still shimmied, and the next day my right front tire was flat. Took it back and they could not find any problem with the leak. MB sent me a survey. Nice, Polite, Clean, Friendly, but I noted that I still had a problem checked a box to have the dealer get a hold of me. Waited 5 days. Nothing. Drove 30 miles on the freeway and the tire lost 10lbs. Took the car back noting the car still shimmied. They kept it 4 days and said 2 wheels were still bent. Then they said the tires were bad ( I had just put new Continental Tires on just before I took it in the first time ). They also said since it was a High-Performance Car, I should have put OEM tires on. They recommended putting on Michelin or Dunlap for about $2000. Went home and looked up--Continental tires were the tires that came OEM on that CL63. Went back to tire store---they would put new tires on if I wanted, but first checked the balance on their New Road Force Tire Balancer. The right front was 1.5 oz off. Showed me the screen on the balancer. The tire and the wheel each had a heavy spot and both were together on the wheel. They noted that that wheel looked a little out of round--showed it to me. Now it drives much better, but still a problem. Next, I will try a new wheel, but never from this dealer! The tire place (Americas Tire) re-mounted my right front tire and it no longer loses air.
