Proactive service As always, Don V. was right on time and got my car in as promised. Service guys checked my battery and found that it was very weak and more than 5 yr As always, Don V. was right on time and got my car in as promised. Nothing worse than getting stuck with a failed battery. Always great service and very professional. I won't take my E-350 anyplace else. More

Issue is not fixed I'm really upset with the repair. Problem not fixed. MB EDH had my car for a long time. I am extremely busy and don't have time to keep complaining I'm really upset with the repair. Problem not fixed. MB EDH had my car for a long time. I am extremely busy and don't have time to keep complaining about this. The massagers in the seat are still not working and it actually WORSE than it was before. Now the massager unit concentrates on my rear end and doesn't work correctly. additionally, a light stays on in the dynamic portion when the car if off and the light keeps coming on for passenger side airbag disabled, inexplicably. I've been bringing the car back for this fix a bunch of times since purchase of the car. It's not fixed. It's worse. What a complete waste of time, energy and your very expensive warranty if it's never going to be fixed and I'm going to be told that I need a new car and that "the car is old" instead of the repair being right. I'm so fed up with this. I work in a service industry and provide repairs. My customers would fry me alive if they brought me a repair this many times and it never got fixed. Please make this right...? I'm giving a very poor review because I had to really fight to even get this repair looked at and to fight to prove it is covered under the warranty. Which it is. SO why not please fix it. It doesn't work. It is supposed to work. It is the reason I bought the car - the back massage and dynamic bolsters. The massager is really important to me. Please fix it. More
