incorrect diagnostics Over the past 15 years I have purchased 3 new automobiles form your dealership. Don Vanderschoot and Mike Sabah are the only reason I continue to do business with you. Your service center has miss-diagnosed and replaced incorrect parts twice in the past 12 months on my SL-500. A few years ago I paid for 4 tires and only received 2 on the car. This error was caught by Don and corrected. Again, your front office personnel (mostly Don and Mike) are excellent, your service area needs much improvement. More

Poor customer provided by Daniel Clark. We witnessed Daniel putting down a co-worker. It was embarrassing for us and the employee. We were forced to have our car held overnight as he faile We witnessed Daniel putting down a co-worker. It was embarrassing for us and the employee. We were forced to have our car held overnight as he failed to order all of the parts we needed....as extra parts were needed and they could not get there the same day. This is not what we were promised. When we came back the next day to pick up our car, he ignored us and he did not check up on us to see if we were satisfied. What happened to customer service? More
