Excellent Service I brought my SL-550 into the dealership having owned it only 4 months. There was a screetching noise coming from the engine compartment that was peri I brought my SL-550 into the dealership having owned it only 4 months. There was a screetching noise coming from the engine compartment that was periodic and sounded as if it might be the power steering pump. Anyway, it turned out to be the pulsation damper for the ABC system, which is an $8K to $10K option. They analyzed it, found the problem and replaced it, actually having the part in stock without having to order it and waiting a couple of days. The car was ready within 4 hours! Excellent service, plus the had washed and detailed the car, too! More

Disappointed Brought our car in to have the brakes replaced. Once they were replaced, we noticed a loud noise coming from the wheels or near that area of the car. We have never heard this noise before since owning the car. We brought it back in to have it checked out and basically were told that they don't know what happened. The service advisor drove the car himself and heard the noise also but in the end didn't do anything to rectify the issue. More
