Awesome Service Department! The lock of my glovebox was broken and my 2015 ML 350 was still under manufactured warranty so I brought it to El Dorado Hills MB for service. Daniel The lock of my glovebox was broken and my 2015 ML 350 was still under manufactured warranty so I brought it to El Dorado Hills MB for service. Daniel Clark checked it out and ordered a new glovebox from the company to replace it. During the process, he found out that one of the key plates didn’t work for the door so he also ordered a new one to replace it. Mr. Clark took good care of his customers and their cars and I never hesitate to recommend him and MB of El Dorado Hills for business. More
