Terrible customer service from finance They promised it would take 10 days to process my vehicle payoff to USAA for my trade in. It took one month. I ended up paying two more payments on my vehicle because of this which was 500 dollars out of my budget. Until I was paid back. I called into the office 4 times. No response. Called into the customer service number. They called over with me on the line, no answer. We left them 2 voicemails and an email to the GM, no call back, no answer. However they processed the second half of my down payment the next day... once they got my money they didn’t care one bit about taking care of me. Terribly disappointed, expected much much more from Mercedes. Will never recommend, or buy there again. Will recommend against them however. More

I've owned , BMWs, Audis, Jaguars, Ferraris, Corvettes and Vipers, and many others as well as Mercedes serviced at other dealerships. Daniel Clark goes above and beyond from the minute you call him to schedule an appointment to days later when he calls to check up and ensure all is well. The entire service experience is also outstanding from diving up and being received at the door, to someone letting Daniel know you have arrived, through to the end when I've walked to the reception folks to pay the bill and even to having the car promptly brought around. Battery replacement - 2010 350 GLK Battery went dead in Wife's GLK while vehicle was parked at work. Mercedes Benz of El Dorado Hills dispatched battery service technician to wife's wor Battery went dead in Wife's GLK while vehicle was parked at work. Mercedes Benz of El Dorado Hills dispatched battery service technician to wife's work to exchange battery. Did NOT have right battery with him. Suggested installing more expensive battery he did have on hand. Eventually jump started vehicle and had wife drive to dealership to get correct battery. Then tried to charge additional $100.00 installation/technician labor fee because the installation was now being done at the dealership service bay rather that as a field service call which does not warrant this fee. Our regular Service Writer at Mercedes Benz of El Dorado Hills caught this charge and had it reversed out from the total battery replacement expense. Was not pleased with the entire episode and lack of correct replacement battery in stock when the "Field Service Technician" arrived to do battery replacement. Saving Grace was that our Service Advisor, Don, saw the overcharge and reversed it off the final billing for services. We appreciate that Don was transparent in his actions and brought this matter to our attention to resolve what could have been a much different service experience. More
