I never thought Mercedes would allow their name and reputation to be tarnished like it has because of your staff! totally unbelievable! story line: traded our vehicle for a lease. sales rep lied to get full commission (wasn't his apt), then low balled the trade in value for our car ($6500) and sold it on your lot for $16,999!! manager called my husband and continued to lie to OUR FACE that it was in error but the car remained on the lot as the sale price until it was sent to rocklin. new car was promised installed nav PRIOR to signing never was and now told cannot do! totally unworthy, untrusting sales staff! shame on mercedes for allowing their name and reputation to be ruined by such theives! definitely not buying anothre one there! Lousy Salesmen I wanted a new convertible to replace my 2008 CLK350 and tried too get a good trade in price I explained to Mike that the car just had a brand new Co I wanted a new convertible to replace my 2008 CLK350 and tried too get a good trade in price I explained to Mike that the car just had a brand new Convertible top put on it and a Clear Bra protecting the paint (no door dings at all) and had just been serviced. I figured it was worth at least 8-10K based on KBB. But Mike said it wasn't worth that much and he could only give me 6.5k because it was old and he did the Salemen talk to convince me my car was worth less than it actually was. I decided to go ahead and lease a 2017 C300 Cabrio as long as I could get Nav, Mike said no problem. I learned later that Mike did not validate my request for Nav. and it's not possible to install after the sale because the car is not wired for it, so they gave me all season floor mats to make up for it. 8-( As for my OLD 2008 that wasn't worth anything, it was simply washed and put on the lot for $16,955 the next day because it was a CREAM PUFF (yes i have a picture of it sitting on the lot with that price in the window) So I feel I got low balled on my trade-in and ignored on my lease (I wanted Nav.) To summarize "I hate the car for not having Nav". More

I HAD A CAR AT HOME WITH 3 MORE PAYMENTS TO MAKE ON IT. THE SALESMAN BROUGHT IN PAT( THE MANAGER). PAT TOLD ME IF I GAVE THEM $5000.00 DOWN HE WOULD HOLD MY PAPER WORK FOR 2 MONTHS & THEY WOULD MAKE MY FIRST PAYMENT SO I WOULD NOT HAVE A PAYMENT UNTIL MAY 1ST. WELL, I GOT A PAYMENT BOOK IN THE MAIL & MY FIRST PAYMENT IS DUE IN 1 MONTH FROM NOW. I DROVE DOWN TO MERCEDES-BENZ TO SPEAK WITH PAT ABOUT THIS. HE DENIED SAYING ANYTHING THAT HE TOLD ME THE DAY I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE FROM HIM. I TOLD HIM HE WAS THE TYPICAL LYING CAR SALESMAN. THAT'S WHEN HE STARTED YELLING AT ME & TELLING ME TO GET OUT & NEVER COME BACK. AFTER PURCHASING CARS FROM THEM SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST 17 YEARS. Easy sale but walked away Drove over 2 hours to see a car and test drive. Dealership is a "Costco" dealer - with that they refused to show us the invoice on the car (which is r Drove over 2 hours to see a car and test drive. They had most of our information for 3 days.....but lost it in the computer. While they were working on the paperwork - we had been there 3 hours..we went to lunch and came back expecting to get the keys and drive off. Then told that they needed more info (they didn't want to interrupt our lunch to call us on our cell phone) then told us there were 8 people ahead of us. Interesting, that there were never 8 customers there waiting for the financing at any time we were there. Frustrated - after over 5 hours we walked away. More
