Outstanding Service Department In 2014, I purchased two new vehicles at Mercedes-Benz of El Dorado Hills, an E350 sports coupe and GLK 250 BT, together with a service plan for both In 2014, I purchased two new vehicles at Mercedes-Benz of El Dorado Hills, an E350 sports coupe and GLK 250 BT, together with a service plan for both vehicles. In my experience, the service has been above and beyond that received with other luxury brand dealerships. On two occasions, warranty issues were brought to my attention and dealt with immediately, potentially saving time and money later. All personnel have been courteous and respectful of my schedule. When I bring a vehicle in for service, I am finished with the paperwork and out the door in about 30 minutes with a loaner to drive to work. Good people and very professional. More

New Mercedes GLE 350 Having recently bought a vehicle at another dealership the process was long and arduous. We were concerned we would have to endure the same at Merced Having recently bought a vehicle at another dealership the process was long and arduous. We were concerned we would have to endure the same at Mercedes of El Dorado, but were pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was. Our salesman, Shane Lundy, was fantastic. The Mercedes is for my wife who suffers from Aphasia and Apraxia. Shane was extremely patient with his explanations of the vehicle and interacted with my wife, unlike most who would rather talk with me. Based on my wife’s needs we selected the GLE 350, but had to place an order. Even this process was easy and again Shane was attentive and helped solidify our positive experience with Mercedes. Shane from Mercedes of El Dorado was very Aphasia friendly and we strongly recommend Shane and Mercedes of El Dorado. More
