The car is a bit intimidating for me to learn to drive, all of the features and where they are located but they have all been so helpful in teaching me with real hands-on instructions, which I so appreciate. I complained to management each time and nothing ever gets better. I Requested a loaner car and was told I need to call the day of my appointment to make sure they had one. Why do I need to do this when I schedule my appointment was scheduled days in advance? I also have A Lexus and must say Lexus provides far superior customer service !! Very disappointing! More
