Poor quality of work. I researched the dealer and was told that a service tech. with team that knew the older cars ie: 1978 300CD was employed and would take care of my car I researched the dealer and was told that a service tech. with team that knew the older cars ie: 1978 300CD was employed and would take care of my car. I brought my car in and they did locate where a short was coming from in the electrical system which would drain my battery. However the quality went south when it came to when the drive belts were replaced. One belt was too long which caused them to pull the tensioner pulley over to where the belt would rub on the housing of the vacuum pump. Another belt was stretched and destroyed that drives the alternator and cooling fan due to someone prying on the pulley narrowing a section which caused undue stretching of the belt which caused it to fail. Causing me to spend more money to get it fixed again. Wouldn't have expected this from what should be a quality dealer. More
