Not service but Sales Manager The issue is not with Adam, the "service dept" since we only had to get the second key and the tires rotated. The issue was Dimi, the Sales Manager's attitude when we notified him that the passenger seat had a problem & we asked it be fixed but he offered to patch it. There was no other solution offered nor did he want to do anything except what he offered. His whole approach was confrontational,& threatening. We do not need to be treated in such a manner. He actually tried to intimate. When we said we will contact corporate to see if they can help resolve it, sarcastic reply was "You will just get referred by to me" A very bad experience. Fortunately we contacted someone else who helped resolved the issue. No thanks to him. So we will see how that works out before commenting on the future. More
