Many appointments for the same problem I almost feel conflicted on this rating. The service manager I have been dealing with is a great guy and very customer centric. The problem I have i I almost feel conflicted on this rating. The service manager I have been dealing with is a great guy and very customer centric. The problem I have is partially the quality of the vehicle (2015 CLA 250), and partially what I consider the quality of the repair received. I have experienced: Multiple appointments to deal with engine noise, on the third trip after being presented with a video where the noise could clearly be heard they replaced some fuel delivery components. This issue persists. Multiple appointments to address bluetooth issues, each time the problem was reproduced and considered repaired (upgrades to software, mic replacements, audio adjustments, etc) problem exists to this day. Mulitple appointments to have the spoiler replaced, left edge of the spoiler pops up and the have to order, paint and replace each time. On my third spoiler and is showing the same symptom. As I mentioned in the beginning of this review, I like the people, I just don't have time to deal with what I consider to be a combination of vehicle quality and MB of EDH lacking qualified or detail oriented technicians. Living in McLean, Virginia, I loc Using Cars.com and other Internet resources I made a national search for a Porsche 997.1 Carrera Coupe or Cabriolet. Living in McLean, Virginia, I located one at Mercedes-Benz of El Dorado Hills in Sacremento, California.. Fred Walker, the salesperson was initially contacted. He could not have been more helpful. What was great the dealership serviced the car and made a major repair to the roof system prior to offering it for sale. Fred and the other staff members - including Mike Lynch in finance - were great. I own two Mercedes - a 2014 ML350 and a 2015 GL350 (both diesels). I have worked with multiple dealerships and believe - by far - that Mercedes offers the best customer service of any car manufacturer. I highly recommend the staff at El Dorado and would gladly conduct business with them again - even from approximately 3,000 miles away. - Andrew McAllister More
