Confidence I titled my review Confidence because I knew when I pulled up to the dealership in the front of a flatbed with my 2002 ML320 behind me I would be able I titled my review Confidence because I knew when I pulled up to the dealership in the front of a flatbed with my 2002 ML320 behind me I would be able to drive my car home that night. Daniel Clark and his team always do a great job in a timely manner. I didn't even have an appointment but Daniel greeted me with a smile. We spoke briefly about what my car was doing and he told me he would call me. He called me about an hour later and told me what was wrong and how much it would cost. During that call I told him about another problem my car was having. He again told me he would check it out and call me. Again he called me back, told me what was wrong and how much it would cost. He said my car would be ready by closing and that he would call me when it was finished. He choose to text me around 5 pm to tell me the car was ready. I arrived at the dealership around 5:30 to pick up my car. It was ready and like usual it was a lot cleaner then when I brought it in. It was like they had detailed it. I then drove home, like I knew I would with Confidence knowing all my car problems have gone away. I have been bringing my 2002 ML 320 for 9 years and my 2004 SLK 230 for 3 years to Daniel Clark and his crew. During that time they have never disappointed me. Every time they do the work in a timely manner and what they fix is never a problem again. More
