It was a pleasant experience, as always. Shopping for a new car can be stressful as its a major purchase and is a big decision to make. But I trusted that I don't have to go through all this stress with the Mercesdez-Benz of El Dorado Hills dealer. This is my third time coming back this dealer since 2007. Last month, when I decided to go get a new MB, I contacted Pat Upright and told him what I have in mind and asked him to help me find one. I trust Pat as Pat has always done an excellent job and has always make me feel great walking out of the dealer with a new car. I have always enjoyed working with Pat and his team. Such as Derek Upright, Derek is a very nice, polite, patience n very helpful gentleman. As same as the finance manager is, Michael Marquez. They are a great group of friendliness people who always make customers feel trusted and feel great. I know that I do. Thank you. More
New Vehicle purchase When we arrived at the dealership, we were entertained right away by an employee who we meet at the entrance and was the one who introduced us to Chet When we arrived at the dealership, we were entertained right away by an employee who we meet at the entrance and was the one who introduced us to Chet Wagner. Chet Wagner then let us test drive the GLC300. Afterwards, he helped us find the car that we liked, a red GLC300 but unluckily it was not available. But he showed us the lunar blue which we ended up buying. Overall, we are very satisfied with our transaction on that day. He treated us very professionally. More
Misrepresentation. disrespect, poor customer service Think twice before you trust the sales representatives of Mercedes Benz of Eldorado Hills. Based on the trust that I had on one of the sales rep fro Think twice before you trust the sales representatives of Mercedes Benz of Eldorado Hills. Based on the trust that I had on one of the sales rep from whom I had purchased a new Mercedes car last year, I had so trust on him that I just accepted his word on a used car that I was interested on to buy from them. He told me that the car is fully loaded and so on. When I was signing the papers I asked the financial manager about the cooling period and if I changed my mind for any reason, he told me that there is $250 penalty in 48 hours and $500 restocking after. I specifically told him that it is fine with me and I do not mind to pay if I have to. They sold me a Honda Civic 2013 for over $19,000.00 I was excited and drove the car without paying attention to any details (at the same time I dropped my new car that they had serviced it around 4 weeks ago it was making some noises on the engine and I went to see them 4 times to fix the problem finally one of the technician said I had to drop it of over the night until they can check the engine when it is cold to find out about the problem) Next day when I went to drive the Honda Civic, and tried to adjust the seat but I could not find any buttons for adjustments and noticed that I if I want to change the seat to move forward or back or up and down I have to use the handles situated under the seat Less than 24 hours after I purchased the car I took it back, Financial manager was there and told him the situation and this is not the car that I was promised and expected and willing to pay the penalty of $250.00, he told me that they do not accept it because I did not pay $250 in advance. I was upset and put the keys on his desk and told him to keep the car , I'll pay for the car, and left his office. I asked from one of the employees for my car that I dropped off yesterday to be fixed but he said he did not know about it, to make it short I found my car parked on the side with my keys still inside the car without fixing or touching my car. It got me more disappointed and went home. Around 2 hours later one of the employees rang my doorbell and said he is dropping off the car. I asked him to take the car back until I talk with their manger. Late at night when I was going out surprisingly I noticed that he has dropped the car keys on the door mat and car was parked in front of my neighbor's house. I made a mistake by trusting one of the most prestige car dealer's representatives not only in Eldorado Hills but in the world. I will pay for my mistakes and pay my payments to the last penny but there is one thing for sure that although I still have problem with my new Mercedes Benz car and it may give the car some bigger problem but I am not going to take my car for service to Mercedes Benz of El Dorado Hills any more. There are 2 simple question from the El Dorado Hills manager, 1- is this the way that your company gives service to their customers? 2- Is this the way that you respect your customers who is paying over $19,000.00 for a used trade in car by instructing them to drop the car keys behind the door on the mat and park the car in front of the neighbor's house. Don't you think that it is yours or one of the your employees duty to at least call your dissatisfied customer and find out what happened? More

Excellent Service Took our new GLA250 in to repair rim damage, ran to close to curb! Met with Gayton DeRosa the Asst. service manage . Car was ready when he said it would be and the rim looked like new. Love the wonderful coffee they serve while waiting. Facility is beautiful. Car came back fixed, clean and on time. More
Don Vanderschoot Assistant service manager Don Vanderschoot has cheated me for the last time. Just got home from the El Dorado Hill's Mercedes dealer after being calle Assistant service manager Don Vanderschoot has cheated me for the last time. Just got home from the El Dorado Hill's Mercedes dealer after being called a liar. I guess I'll have to take them to court. Had my fill of being cheated. Time for Vanderschoot to retire. He had my car for two weeks to change the engine and repair and re-cover the sunroof cover inside the car. After the first week I called to see when the car would be ready and was informed it was ready. After finding a ride to the dealership I quickly realized that the sunroof cover was repaired but not re-covered. So as I had already paid the bill ($224.10) for a engine oil change (which I supplied the oil and filter) and for a"estimate" to repair my drivers side door lock and close assist. I asked for these things to be repaired. I love my car and want EVERYTHING fixed. The wife and I just cannot communicate with vanderschoot. I've had my car at this dealership many times and requested REPEATEDLY to have the tires pressure set at 35 psi front and 40 psi rear as the car came with larger than original rims. I could go on and on about the deceptions I've gotten from Mercedes Benz of El Dorado Hill's. The wife is all upset now because of don vanderschoots lies. I have the repair orders that prove he screwed up. The guy talks to you about your car while typing up someone else's repair order. The service manager will be back on Monday. I refuse to accept the way I was just treated by don vanderschoot I am not a liar. I even had the repair orders with me which he refused to even look at. At this point I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANY REPAIRS. More
