I immediately went back to the dealership to see what our options were, knowing this would cost me an arm and a leg to reverse the purchase. However, to my amazement, Patrick (Sales Manager) and his team (Paul & Shane) went to work to save my butt and make my wife happy. In short, they found the car she wanted and had it shipped to the dealership the very next day and didn't charge me a penny for reversing the deal. I couldn't of imagined a better outcome. More
