I was told by the finance guy, "what ISN'T covered" and he proceeded to say that maintenance items are not covered and listed them. I left there feeling really good about my purchase. This is where the service from Dan comes in....my back screen went out after 1.5 months of having the car. Dan tells me this may not be covered. I then recited what the finance guy told me. Dan covered my screen and gave me new wiper blades! Thanks a lot Dan for helping me out! Apparently this is common practice from the sales department. Shameful..... More
