Making a bad situation better. We purchased a 2014 MBZ C250 from Von Housen's Rocklin dealership last January. The vehicle turned out to be a bad choice for my wife and I. We both h We purchased a 2014 MBZ C250 from Von Housen's Rocklin dealership last January. The vehicle turned out to be a bad choice for my wife and I. We both have back problems and the firm ride and sport style seats did not work for us. The Rocklin store was unhelpful in finding a better solution, so we turned to the El Dorado Hills store. Pat Upright, Chet Wagner and Ken Sammut were very helpful in working an equitable deal so we could trade the C250 for a low mileage 2013 Nissan Murano SL. The Murano has proven to be a good fit for us and we are vey happy with this vehicle. We have purchased two other vehicles from the Rocklin location, however we will choose the El Dorado Hills location for our future automotive requirements. More
