You are wrong ,People with money during their lifetime have earned it in most cases by not being careless, and unless they have an ego problem will not tolerate being overcharged.. Lets get real ,I was asked to pay $ 655.00 for a routine service. Can I afford it ? YES but I am not stupid. I traded the car for a 2016 Volvo XC 60 model which has a 4 year bumber to bumper warranty plus a three year free maintenance . As far as power goes, it runs circles around my Mercedes. As far as safety items go it is superior to Mercedes. I have owned three Mercedes I am done. So, keep on selling your cars to people with ego problems. Mrs . Waltraud Britto More
