I'm part of the family!! I had not personally owned a vehicle in almost 30 years...I was fortunate to have a company issued vehicle. Getting close to retirement, I was apprehensive about buying a car after all these years. I feared uncomfortable haggling and pressure. I did not experience any of that at Mercedes of El Dorado Hills. I had the great fortune of being there on a slow day with the benefit of working with 4 great salesmen: Chet, Zach, Patrick and Michael were all very warm, knowledgeable and professional.
