Rick was great, and took all of my info to get paperwork started, and Paul took me around to show me the best options. Paul drives a Mercedes and was able to differentiate very subtle differences in each model. I decided on a 2015 ( almost new) CLA. Paul recommended this model because it was the same price but had many more upgrades. Paul took me for a test drive and made sure I understood everything in my new car. When my battery went out on my key, they replaced it for me free of charge. Paul was nice enough to return my call and walk me through setting up my mobile hot spot. Thank you Rick! Thank you Paul!
