I have always been very pleased with MB edh. So much so that I have purchased 9-10 cars from them and I always feel great walking out. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. However; this time around I pur that I have purchased 9-10 cars from them and I always feel great walking out. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. However; this time around I purchased a new car with chipped wood panel and it took 6-7 months for me to decide the part will never get here ( perhaps due to Covid) and I had to ask them to repair it instead. They could have given me that option from the beginning. Just fix it temporarily until the part gets here. I guess our consumer mind does not think about fixing, just replacing. It was very frustrating to say the least. They did finally patch it up (part never got here) at my request. it looks descent. I still appreciate MB and hope I can own an electric one soon. Thank you for the opportunity for review. More

Quality of Service has not been what it used to be! Definitely needs improvement. The cashier could have Greeted me and at the end said a nice thank you or anything.
