All service was performed as requested. However, I was really disgusted at their pettiness. After spending almost $2,000 for routine maintenance, I was billed $5 for refueling a loaner car. I probably drove the car 5 miles; gas use should have been less than a gallon. It's not the money just the principle. The amount of ill will created by this is unfathomable. For the price of service, I expected gold star or even bronze star treatment. I never even received a smile or hello. Felt like I was bothering them by coming in for my appointment. Sure they were backed bronze star treatment. I never even received a smile or hello. Felt like I was bothering them by coming in for my appointment. Sure they were backed up but maybe if they don't schedule so many cars in a day, the experience would be better for workers too. I received much better, faster, and professional treatment at Roseville Toyota. I will not be coming back here. More
