After being serviced my car still has the service alert on the dash. I’m not understanding why it wasn’t cleared, and don’t know how to clear it myself. The sales staff wouldn’t give me a straight answer on what the out the door price was of the vehicle I wanted. My original salesman referred me to Stefan, the internet sales manager, to get me some answe what the out the door price was of the vehicle I wanted.
