Stephane Doize and Mercedes Benz of El Dorado Hills were exceptional to deal with. We negotiated the purchase of a per-owned vehicle on line and when we drove the 180 miles to the dealership everything was exceptional to deal with. We negotiated the purchase of a per-owned vehicle on line and when we drove the 180 miles to the dealership everything was exactly as represented. When we suffered a minor breakdown on the way home they gave us a new Mercedes loaner to drive home, had the car repaired and then delivered it the 180 miles to our home. I have dealt with 3 Mercedes Benz Dealerships and never have I experienced such a high level of service and integrity. Needless to say, the next time I buy Mercedes, I'll be making the drive to El Dorado Hills. More
