Kept vehicle overnight for 1pm oil change appointment and updating software. Had to call for update the next day to be told it is done. Service dept left PPE (gloves/cap) on passenger seat with hand marks im updating software. Had to call for update the next day to be told it is done. Service dept left PPE (gloves/cap) on passenger seat with hand marks imprinted with dirt inside the door and shoe scuffs near the door speaker. Sales department is amazing (Rion, mostly) and I always appreciate his willingness to help even after the purchase. Everything after the purchase has been a headache to deal with and I would rather pay to take my vehicle to another business for service than bring it to Sacramento or El Dorado Hills. I expected more from Mercedes. More

Sales experience was not a positive one. I expected a higher competency level and communication skill dealing with MB sales reminded me of dealing with used car sales BS.
