E This is not about service on my ML. My son was looking for a CLA and Sacramento stated the car was at El Dorado Hills so I went to look at it. El Dorado Hills stated Sacramento had the car. I was talking with Tony. We talked on the phone several times throughout the day. He sent me the printout and it matched the one Sacramento had sent to my son--same vin number, which Sacramento stated was at EDH lot. Tony stated again it was in Sacramento. Sacramento stated again the car was in EDH. So disappointing a deal couldn't be made. When I bought my ML in Rocklin I did not get bounced around like this. More
