Two reasons for three star rating It took Mercedes just over two years to complete passenger side Takata airbag recall. Our Toyota had the same recall and it took them only six months It took Mercedes just over two years to complete passenger side Takata airbag recall. Secondly, while recall work was being done I got a call stating that my engine mounts needed replacing for a cost $900 with a discount of $250. I didn’t fall for that and had car checked a few days later later a another shop where I was told that mounts were fine. I was being conned by your service people. Other than these two things you have a five star shop. More
